It's law! Governor Shapiro Signs No-cost Breast Cancer MRI, Genetic Testing Bill
Act 1 of 2023 / Senate Bill 8 is beginning to take effect! The legislation removes all costs associated with breast MRI, ultrasound, genetic testing and counseling for individuals at high-risk for hereditary cancers who are insured under Pennsylvania law.
